If you believe that the goods you receive are faulty please contact us through the contact us form with a full description of the fault. Goods can only be returned with an RMA Number that will be issued to you on receipt of the fault report. Goods returned will be tested and where a fault is found as described, a full credit will be issued for the goods returned.
Any goods returned outside of these instructions will not be processed or credited.
Freight: All prices are FOB UK. Normal delivery is courier service 3 Day delivery. (Prices calculated within the shopping cart). Orders placed by 10am GMT normally ship the same day where stock is available.
Returns: Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
