The Colortrac SmartLF SCi scanner gives you fast results combined with high-quality imaging. SingleSensor combines sensors and illumination in a single scan line for unbeatable ‘all-over’ scan accuracy and best-possible document illumination. The Colortrac SmartLF SGi scanner is perfect for capturing sharply defined detail on technical drawings and maps as well as the vibrant, accurate colours needed by graphics professionals. The higher focal length of this series means it can also cope with originals that have raised surface detail. It also has 1200 dpi optical resolution, which is the highest optical resolution available for any CCD wide format scanner currently on the market. The SmartLF SGi is the first scanner from Colortrac to have 2GB of onboard scan data memory. This ensures smooth progress of the document through the scanner even if the computer experiences sudden sluggishness or the Ethernet network is unexpectedly busy.

If you already own a Colortrac Monochrome scanner, a software upgrade will upgrade it to colour, and for the SmartLF SGi model, the 36" scanner can be upgraded to a 44" scanner.
