Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Array Ink Europe is committed to making shipping your orders as cost effective and simple as possible. Therefore, we have a fully functional shipping module no matter where you are in the world, what delivery service you require and whatever product mix you want to order.


When you go to checkout, your destination country and region will be available online and the shipping costs and options will be offered directly to you before you go to pay. There is no need to ring us to find out what is possible, no need to wait for responses to emails - just order it, select your shipping service and checkout. As soon as we have your confirmed order, we will ship as directed.


In addition for orders within the EU, if you register your company's VAT number on your account, our system will validate it and then deduct the Sales Tax from the total order value. Similarly if your Account Country is outside the EU, no Sales Tax will be charged in line with International legislation.


All prices shown on our webshop exclude VAT, shipping prices are dependent on order weight and destination and are calculated within the shopping cart and shown separately at checkout. Normal delivery is courier service:


  • UK Destinations, Next Day, 48 hour, Saturday and timed morning
  • Europe Express, 1 - 2 days delivery, destination dependent
  • Europe Parcel Economy, 3 - 5 days delivery, destination dependent
  • ROW Express, 1 - 2+ days delivery, destination dependent
  • ROW Economy, 4 - 5 days delivery, destination dependent
  • *For Haz Chem products, shipping is ONLY via Economy Road Transport.

Orders placed before 2:30pm Local Time normally ship the same day where stock is available. If an order is placed after 3pm it will not ship until the next working day.



Returns:

We offer a 7 day 'No Quibble' credit or replacement warranty policy. The returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.


If you believe that the goods you received are faulty, please Contact Us quoting the relevant order number telling us how many of the products were faulty and the reason you require a replacement or a refund.


Goods can only be returned with an RMA Number that will be issued to you on receipt of the fault report. Goods returned will be tested and where a fault is found as described, dependent on whether you have requested a replacement or refund (excluding shipping), a voucher code will be issued to you via email for the returned goods accepted.


Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case, we will issue you with a full refund (excluding shipping) however, you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.

In cases where the order was cancelled before shipment or the entire order was faulty, we will usually refund what was paid for the goods and the delivery charge.


Any goods returned outside of these instructions cannot be processed or credited.



Tracking Your Order

Shipping prices are dependent on the weight of your order and its destination and are calculated within the shopping cart and shown separately at checkout. We use a range of courier services across Europe, UK and ROW so whether you need your parts urgently or cost effectively, you can choose the service for you. After your order has been dispatched you should receive an email that includes your tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking number please contact us.

Refunds:

If you decide to return a product that has already arrived at your door, we can offer a full refund (minus shipping). If you cancel your order before it has been shipped we can provide a full refund + shipping.


Please note that when we issue a refund we cannot be responsible for how long the money takes to get back into your account, this is your banks responsibility.


If you paid via PayPal your refund can take up to 30 days to be back in your account.
