PUK1213 – Water-Based UV-Curable Black Ink

PUK1213 is a high-performance, water-based UV-curable black ink developed for use with Kyocera piezoelectric drop-on-demand printheads. The formulation is engineered to deliver stable jetting behaviour, controlled drop formation, and consistent print performance in high-speed industrial production environments.

Designed primarily for mailing and addressing applications, PUK1213 provides reliable adhesion to UV varnished and aqueous coated substrates. The ink supports production speeds of up to 100 metres per minute at 600 x 300 dpi, maintaining image integrity and print consistency across extended runs.

The formulation is optimised for curing with a D bulb UV system, ensuring effective polymerisation and durable finished output on coated materials.
