PUK1257 – Water-Based UV-Curable Black Ink (1 Litre)
PUK1257 is a high-performance, water-based UV-curable black ink developed for use in Kyocera KJ4A piezoelectric drop-on-demand printheads. The formulation is optimised to support stable jetting performance and consistent drop formation under continuous production conditions.
Engineered for industrial and commercial printing environments, PUK1257 delivers strong adhesion to a wide range of coated substrates, including coated papers, UV varnished materials, and PVC stocks. The ink provides durable, high-density black output with reliable curing characteristics.
The formulation is designed for LED curing systems operating at 395nm, supporting efficient curing response and integration into modern LED-based UV platforms.
